In the last 6 months the community and interest for
The Panama DAO has grown and become vibrant. We are having more interactions and interest for becoming a Pitiguay after pursuing different channels of communication to reach our current and future holders.

Grew an Instagram following from 0 to 738 and with 40 posts reached more than 40k accounts.

Created a Whatsapp Group for a more direct and interactive engagement between the DAO’s community.

Discord
After several meetings considering to close Discord we decided to keep it for announcements. Received 28 new discord members.

Pitiguays
The Panama DAO almost doubled inn members. We now have 30 holders and 76 have been minted Pitiguays.

Activities

Hosted Monthly IRL and Virtual Events.
- Set up a monthly Meetup/Tech Talk to learn, network and create and build connections for a stronger community.
- Also zoom calls for monthly Townhall DAO meetings to present the DAO and give time for community to bring up ideas, projects and discuss proposals.
- Worked with Physital Art Gallery and Comunidad Local to be able host the events in beautiful and comfortable spaces.

Prop #10 was a project that took almost 4 months of planning with proponent Eduardo Gaitan. We managed to act fast, do a lot with little budget and were able to reach +50k views on our videos announcing the proposal.
Through instagram we reached 42.6k accounts in the last 3 months

Continue growing the community through our social channels. Keep creating content and comunication of the DAO’s events and proposals as well as some educational content.

My proposal for the next 6 months of Project Management is growth.

With our monthly IRL and Virtual events and future projects we will be able to drive up Pitiguay sales. Exposure and consistency will get us there.
